​CLAW offered exciting fantasy options during our Inaugural 2025 season:

SALARY CAP LEAGUE. This innovative new league, a first for the sport of wrestling, awarded prizes for the top five finishers. Contestants assembled a team of 10 wrestlers without exceeding the "salary cap" before the season started. No changes could be made to the roster, so this was the team for the entire season, concluding with Super Dual One on November 29, 2025. 

​The points that wrestlers earn for your fantasy team will be the same as they earn for their own teams in the dual meets. If you're not familiar with CLAW scoring, a winning wrestler earns 5 points plus their margin of victory---so every point counts! Pins, forfeits or disqualifications are all worth 25 points. So, it's simple. Pick the wrestlers that you think will score the most points while keeping in mind how much it costs to get them.

By the way, the best value pick in the league for the 2025 season was Peter Pappas of the Cicadas. He was the last pick in the draft, but he ended the season with a 3-0 record and wins over Brock Mauller, Kendall Coleman, and John Vanbrill.

​DUAL MEET "PICK EM" CONTESTS. During the 2025 season, WrestleMATNESS will create "Pick Em" contests for each dual meet like it does for NCAA and other duals. Contestants who do the best at picking winners and scores will rise to the top of the leaderboard. There is no cash prize for these contests, just pride and the satisfaction of knowing that you're smarter than everyone else! Simply join WrestleMATNESS and look for our duals on the main page (not the CLAW tab at top of page---that is only for our "salary cap" league.
